Cascade Dividend
Build an exact two-payment dividend chain from five one-use rune rows. Start with capital 3. Resolve a row left-to-right, or toggle Reverse to run its two operators right-to-left. Capital must remain a whole number between 0 and 30 after EVERY operator. Bank the first payment at exactly 22; it seeds your next calculation with capital 2. Then use every remaining row and bank exactly 13. Banking the wrong amount, fractional division, negative capital or overflow ends the ledger. Rows spent before the first payment are unavailable afterward—plan both contracts together.
